32 YEARS OF EVOLUTION • what 9,000 years of reincarnation is teaching me

Welcome back, Beloved. 💛

Today I celebrate 32 years of life — and yet, in the deep currents of cosmic existence, I feel the pull of Ancestral wisdom. Virgo season crowns me once more, and with it comes a return: a remembrance of all the lives, lessons, and lineages that shape this present moment.

Birthdays are more than milestones of age: they are portals of reflection. They invite us to pause and honor how far we’ve come, while listening closely to the whispers of what is yet unfolding. In my bones, I carry the echoes of 9,000 years of reincarnation. I am not simply living for myself, but for my Ancestors (my Egbe), my community, and the ones who will one day look back to remember us.

This year, I am filled with gratitude, inspired by reflection, and powered by joy.

In that spirit, I want to share the reflections that continue to guide me:

we are infinite star-light beings

our collective strength is equal, yet opposite to the magnitude of our challenges

YOU are the ruler of your reality

all politics of domination will eventually cease (Aṣẹ)

empathy is humanity’s greatest superpower

emotional intelligence is self-mastery

do not seek to be understood;

in doing so, you lose your power

understand yourself

compassion and kindness are life-saving 

care less; control less

moment to moment, each person is reborn through the womb

time is a flat circle

all we have is the present

the world is won by those who let it go (Lao Tzu)

a politic of dominion breeds captivity

humans are genderless; there is no binary

be like Osun; move like water

how can we be of service?

free yourself; free your bloodline

shirk palatability

through transmutation of suffering we are free

embrace pleasure; do not resist being happy

autonomy is the Great Master

die by integrity

suffering is self-prescribed

the cost of hypocrisy is death - eventually

no one is coming to save humanity (Aṣẹ)

energy conservation - relationally, spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, economically - is key to human survival

energy is the greatest currency

the youth are the light of the world

there is no original thought in the continuum of human existence

trust yourself

I offer these words as living water — flowing from my heart to yours.

Together, we are weaving new worlds, reclaiming ancient wisdom, and daring to create futures rooted in freedom, integrity, and joy.
